"Agradecemos que nos hayan entregado temprano la habitación, pues veníamos muy cansados del crucero; pero no asearon la habitación en nuestra estancia de dos noches. Es un tema la alberca, hay que bajar a nivel calle para tomar elevador al último piso, y allá no hay quien atienda ni forma de solicitar bebidas. El internet nunca funcionó bien, te conecta pero no sirve. La habitación demasiado minimalista, ni closet tiene. El personal de recepción eso sí, muy amable."

"Rainwater leak coming in from above. Constantly dripping noise when raining. Called Front Desk. 2 employees came by to inspect, took pictures & videos. Also called Front Desk/Housekeeping to request coffee grounds & bottled water. No one came. . "This was an excellent hotel in a great location. Front desk staff George & Billy were so helpful and great to recommend places to eat, etc. Very close to the cruise port and hock was great for the morning we checked out. We will definitely book this hotel again if we are in Miami. "

"The AC was less than efficient. When it ran it was comfortable bit when it shut off it quickly got very stuffy in the room. The web site stated cruise shuttles available but the hotel staff wouldn’t do anything but give you a card with phone numbers. When I tried to book, the price showed $75 each for a 3 mile ride. "

"We stayed over the Easter Weekend. The room/space was alot bigger than we expected. It was very well equipped and comfortable. We had an excellent and easy check in experience. The hotel's location is very good if you want to explore the downtown and plan to go to the Kayesa center. We would have liked to use the spa and exercise space, however we ran out of time. The shower curtain had the smell of dampness that lasted too long. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay and would uss this Flow location...
