"Such a wonderful motel to stay in for a quick trip to Castlemaine! It was so cozy, modern, clean and comfortable, and had all the necessities such as a kettle, hairdryer, soap, etc! Checking in and out was so easy, and the staff were so kind and welcoming to us. Breakfast was kindly handed to us the night before! Would really recommend this motel, it was perfectly in the centre of town "

"Motel was dated but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water. Staff were very engaging and friendly on arrival. Heating was efficient."

"We have stayed at Alexandra Place several times and have always enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dining options at the Lake View Hotel next door are varied and delicious! The location is handy to all Bendigo’s attractions.
