"Great location. Staff are friendly. Easy to walk to restaurants in Eastie and easy shuttle to the airport. You cannot get a decent cocktail pre-dinner. Soda gun was dispensing flat soda and tonic. Staff didn't seem to concerned that you had just paid over $22 for one gin and tonic and a club soda with bitters that was as enjoyable as taking a shot of tepid dishwater. An easy fix that was not a concern. Other than that I would stay here again for sheer convenience, but will head out for drinks."

"We did not dine at the restaurants, as your in the North End which is an Italian food lovers dream. The location is great if you’re okay with walking. We had no trouble getting an uber if needed, the door staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel sits right on the harbor with a really nice walkway with benches around the property. They offer many amenities that we did not utilize as we were only staying two nights. Boston is a very walkable city and the MBTA is available but often not worth...

"The location was GREAT right across from the Garden! The staff are the best at the desk and at the restaurant. My only one tiny complaint is there was no where to Put my luggage. The furniture was super skinny so no real place to be able to open and leave my luggage. There was no room at the bathroom sink but I think they did what they had to do. The view out the tiny window was another building, but we didn’t spend time staring out the window any way. No luggage rack. It was a great trip. ...
