"Sheets on the bed had stains in them, the breakfast was far from ok, paper plates and plastic utensils, also having to pay $30 per night to park in the hotel parking lot was ridiculous, will not be staying again at this location."

"The room we were in had no electricity to the overhead and stove , the right window was broke, the cleaning staff, well they weren’t much around plus you couldn’t speak to them cause I speak a thee English. We had to call down for toilet paper and wash clothes. Now the front staff especially Lauren was outstanding"

"Pros- staff was friendly, breakfast was good
Cons- Hotel room was not clean. Shower clearly had not been cleaned, and there was hair in it. Hotel needs updates. Ceiling was bubbling up, mold was present. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. If you like to get a good night sleep this hotel is not for you. Bed was terrible! Also you can hear every plane and train going by. The train makes noise every hour. Woke up out of my sleep.
Would not stay here again"

"Clean room although every other day, instead of every day.
Breakfast is good.
Staff is good except check in time must be flexible. The statement of no room is available is far from the truth, and every regular hotel guest knows it. Management should reconsider the idea of not letting guests in early. It’s inconvenient and disappointing. If a guest has an early flight and reaches the hotel, let him or her in a room. It somehow balances out with the guests who will be reaching late. I appreciate a...

"I usually do not like to leave negative reviews but I feel I have no choice in the matter. I arrived for a 2 night stay in a King Harbor Suite on Saturday afternoon around 3:30pm. Check in was swift and effortless, but when arriving at the room, there was hair in the sink, a backed up sink, and 2 different types of stains on both the toilet and underneath the toilet seat. I went back down to alert the front desk of the issues. They then switched me to an Executive Suite, but when I arrived...
