"We were only there for an overnight so we did not use the property extensively. Having a shuttle to bring g us over to the terminal was great and made sure we made a very early flight on time."

"Stay 1 night. Staff was very friendly. The bartender was really nice, but the menu leaves alot to be desired. Room was very clean. Didn't need it, but having the kitchenette is a huge plus. Airport Shuttle was on time and suoer nice."

"Joan is very friendly and helpful. She seeks to accommodate guests in whatever way she can. My room was quiet and had a private bathroom and shower. I was able to arrive quite late my first night, around 2am, and was left clear instructions on how to get in. Everything was clean and charming. Thanks Joan!"

"Able to leave luggage before/ after check-in , free airport shuttle when you contact them at airport - both drivers were nice. Basic kitchenette in room. Breakfast was mix of healthy and cooked items. Problem is it is quite early and ends by 8.30am weekdays. Room/bathroom was big and spacious. View of Chelsea Drawbridge was nice. Handy for buses to Chelsea or downtown Boston opposite hotel. Bring ear plugs as traffic can be noisy on main road / bridge crossing. Staff were young but helpful....

"They gave us an room for handicap clients was not convenient for us . The room had no Fan in the bathroom . The room had no mirrors.. and poor lighting. When we told the staff nothing was done . Also mentioned staff that we were 4 people slept in as per the reservation made okline asked for 4 breakfast.. still only gave us access to 2 breakfast. Definitely not coming back "

"Pool was cold and the jacuzzi was out and of action. Another issue was difficulty in contacting the hotel for pick up at Wood Island,so we mostly used UBER or went to Beach mont and walked the mile or so to the hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms quiet and beds comfortable"

"When booking, we didn't know this was an apartment or that there were specific cleaning requirements. I expected a vacation, not a chore list. It took an hour to check-in because the concierge who had our apartment key was "on break" and calling around didn't help. We sat in the lobby like a family of vagrants with our luggage. The bedframe was broken. The washer machine, which would have been a nice touch, broke part way through a cycle. The trash bag (singular, they only provided one)...

"Our room was very spacious and beautiful. It is nice that the Inn is right on the water. Breakfast was very yummy and abundant. Know that there are only a few parking spots actually at the property. If you are not lucky enough to get on of those spots, you have to park a GOOD ways away in a parking garage...it is a good 15+ minute walk. This was great when our flight in was delayed and we could still eat dinner when we arrived. The rooms have lots of lighting choices, bed side reading lights too, and little trays to place your odds and ends to help keep organized.
