"It is a clean hotel with a comfortable bed. The man who checked us in was great. The folks at the bar/restaurant were very friendly as well. Our only glitch was confusion over the status of our parking. We were led to believe it was a $70 fee for the week when in fact it was $25 per day and the woman who dealt with us was not as polite as we might have hoped. Maybe she was having a bad day, but this was disappointing."

The room was alright but definitely in need up updating, although the beds were comfortable and seemed relatively new. "The restaurant was excellent. The experience with the hotel not so great. 1. I arrived at the hotel at 2 45 pm. It is a steep walk up 6 or so stairs to get into the hotel, which was difficult for me to get my suitcase up. No one was there. I had to sit around and wait for staff to show up which was 3:30 or so. There are no other businesses around. It is 1 and a half stories up to the first floor of rooms with several stairs. Lucky for me, the gentleman that checked me in carried the suitcase up...

"The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service was great. The breakfast was wonderful and dinner in the restaurant was good although the menu was limited. The only issue I had was calling the desk for the shuttle. Realizing there are times the clerks are busy it is still unfortunate to be put on hold for quite a while and not knowing if the call is still waiting or has been forgotten or dropped. Other than that issue I have no complaints and would stay there again"

"The staff was helpful but the situation with the third party valet service was confusing and unclear. Room was nice, but there were loose fixtures, bulbs that were dead, and the fridge only runs for 2 hours at a time meaning drinks were warm by morning. Breakfast options are only okay and prices are high considering YNt entire menu is just different ways of preparing egg. Hotel was convenient for anyone going to a TD Garden event but overall it was a mixed bag."
