"WE arrived a little early, not an issue, the checked us in and we even got a nice upgraded room. Staff was fantastic. the location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the city for the weekend. they ended the stay with hold our bags for the entire rest of the day while we took advantage of a late flight home. Would highly recommend staying there to any of our friend or family going to visit Boston."

"Beautiful hotel with large rooms and easy access to Quincy Market and many other parts of the city. Such a nice atmosphere, but what stood out the most was the incredible staff. So friendly and helpful!"

"The windows and mirrors were not clean, the restaurant staff (Friday night) after waiting for 15 min and 7 tables available not even make eye contact with me to be seated. I can assume the reason it’s the color of my skin I’m dark, because everyone seated were white just like the restaurant staff. My sister and I we are handicap and the 3 Handycap parkings “available“ were occupied be 1 shuttle buss from the hotel and 2 other cars without the handicap tag or plate, I was forced to pay 49$ per night to park farther down."

"Joan is very friendly and helpful. She seeks to accommodate guests in whatever way she can. My room was quiet and had a private bathroom and shower. I was able to arrive quite late my first night, around 2am, and was left clear instructions on how to get in. Everything was clean and charming. Thanks Joan!"
