"Front desk with terrible service. Bathtub had some hairs, and the front desk did not want to either send someone to clean it, or give us cleaning supplies. The reasons it was late in the night and no personnel available for cleaning. The man in the front desk was so rude, and combative he took it personal and did not even apologize.
website says they have breakfast included, but it is not the case"

"The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was warm, lots of choices but coffee was terrible. My room had everything to make coffee but was missing the coffee pods. There is a cafe in the lobby to purchase other drinks and breakfast items. I think the parking is valet only, after circling the block looking for the parking lot I just used the valet service which was great but obviously comes at a price. Overall it was a nice experience and would stay again."
