"The room hadn't been cleaned at all, actually whole load of dust coming off the floor when we got cleaners to come in and clean the place. "

"This is an old castle so dont expect luxury. The room i was in was dared and lazy but the small nuce but very small. Gym was ok but dated Grounds were fantastic and good parking They had hot tubs but you have to book. Evenn meal was just ok but not alot of choice and expensive but the restaurant was not great to eat in. Breakfast was awfull and ants on my table. I did report this. Id not fo back "

"Absolutely fantastic, the only downside was the lift wasn’t working on our side of the hotel, so it was a lot of stairs for my husband who finds stairs difficult. Xx"

"Staff were amazing, so friendly and great with our children. Breakfast was lovely, could not fault. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Will definitely be staying again "
