"Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

The sofa does turn into a sofa bed and is very comfortable, however I’d suggest putting a towel on the side of bed and metal when getting off bed as it will scratch and hurt since the mattress sinks in a little when trying...

"Prestige lives up to its name. The balcony rooms have an amazing view of the Duomo, which is really cool to see at night when it is a lite up. The host is great from check in to check out. He made sure to reach out each day to see if we need anything. The room was very clean and as expected based on the photos online. I definitely plan on staying here again."

"The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is beautiful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Unfortunately the noise in the hotel ruined our experience. It sounded like furniture was being moved above and beside us all night. Also they have music playing in the hallways which is nice until you are trying to sleep then it sounds like someone is having a party. "

"We are so pleased with our stay at Hotel Milano Castello. Staff, from front desk, housekeeping, food service and the bar were outstsnding. The hotel was clean. It is in a great location to get to all the sites and is in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The rooms are decent size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of food. My only complaint is there wasn't any facial tissue, i have allergies and it would have been nice to have facial tissue. We would highly recommend...
