"Rooms were great. Staff was great. Hot Springs tubs were nicely located up a hill and were private with gorgeous views. They were a little slimy but water was clear. Not sure if this was because they were cedar. Wish they just included robes with the room. We didn’t know until too late that they were available at the front desk. Very dog friendly. Breakfast was pretty much the usual for midrange hotels. We came for the hot springs, not the food."

"Highly recommend. We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin by the river and were super impressed. 2 hot tubs and all the services you would need. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. We hope to stop there again in the future! "

"I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10 I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested. They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was. They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room. I told them this was against the law and the response was negative. Then i was told to pay the...

"This was our second time staying at Abram. If I could give them 15 stars-- I would-- the two rooms we have stayed in were immaculately clean-- and the furnishings are top notch. Everything worked exactly as it should, and you are within walking distance from down town. I hope to stay with them again when we visit the beautiful mountain town of Ouray. "

"The property is outdated and could use some upgrades. The beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Our family found a tick in their bedroom next door. Additionally, at the side parking lot there is a step up on to the asphalt that is hard to see at night. My sister tripped over it and fell to the ground causing a black eye. This is a hazard and should be marked for safety. Otherwise, the property was mostly clean and was suffiecient for our short stay"
