"I booked this for my family and I as a one night stop on our way south from the UK. I was slightly nervous as had never stayed at a B&B Hotel prior to our stop in Epernay. I have to say that I was delighted, the room & hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff hugely helpful. The car park was secure and the location was a short (15 min) walk from Epernay centre so ideal for restaurants and the champagne houses. "Mooi hotel aan de rand van Epernay met zwembad en spa. We troffen in het restaurant een ietwat zelfverzekerde sommelier die ons prima advies gaf over een moooe champagne bij ons diner. "I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. We chose this hotel specifically because of its location just off Avenue de Champagne, thus enabling us to walk to the champagne tasting we had booked. It has no restaurant on site but is only about a 15 minutes walk from the centre of town & a number of restaurants/bars and a 7 minute drive from one of the Champagne Museums. "A very beautiful place. The housekeeper was very friendly. Unfortunately, the communication didn't work as expected. We had to keep the windows in the room opened because it was hot, but the street it leads to is sometimes quite loud when a car passes by."
