"The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was good for that area of town. Convenient to coffee shops, and restaurants that are just feet away from the property. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay with Security in the heart of El Poblado, this hotel is a good option for you. The only thing to remember is, there are multiple clubs on that street so ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. Otherwise the street noise and music can be a lot to try deal with while sleeping....

"Really tiny boutique hotel. It’s in the middle of Lleras.. of course it isn’t quiet. The room was very clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly and it was easy to walk to all the places that I wanted to visit."

"The breakfast was excellent, the staff was great, the room was extremely small and there was a lot of road noise "

"Overall the hotel was good, it was in a nice area but I did not like the fact that the hotel only had elevators and no stairs. As someone who is terrified of elevators it was a struggle. The breakfast that they offer was uncovered the entire time so tons of bugs were able to get on the uncovered food. But overall the stay was nice, the staff was excellent and attentive."

"They should update their listing as this property is more short term rental than hotel and daily housekeeping is not really included in the price. They did accommodate alternate dates housekeeping and daily towels after showing what the listing stated,which was reasonable for us.With that clarification, great place to stay. "

"It is a nice hotel, located in the heart of provenza. Clean and well maintained but I chose that hotel specifically because it said that all the rooms were soundproof but it was just the opposite. You won’t be able to sleep before 3.30"
