Kondominium di Lombardy

"The flat is simple but with all the necessary for a comfortable staying. Unfortunately, the electric hob, the central heating and the heating/ extraction fan in the bathroom did not work. When we signalled this to the property manager, we never got a response back, but through their local agent, offered us , mid stay to change apartments. They never replied to my numerous requests of a partial refund for the services we did not benefit. Appealing communication with their main office in Milan."

"The room didn’t have any air conditioning only a fan so disappointing and hot and humid. Instead of sleeping in two separate rooms, we end up having to sleep in one bed to share a fan couldn’t open the door window because there was mosquito and a loud bar across the street when we got back from dinner we were locked out. Because the gate closes at 11 PM put the instruction to get in was not clear so we end up calling the phone number multiple phone numbers and not one person pick up or respond...

"An amazing place for those who appreciate the little details! Everything was brand new, spotless, high-tech, and fully automated. There’s dedicated parking in the building, with automatic access codes for every gate and entrance. We were very pleasantly surprised! Communication with the host was excellent, with an exceptional level of availability via WhatsApp — unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before."

"Real nice room with everything one might need, beautiful view of Lake Garda, real nice place, loved it. "

"Expensive cleaning fee added, only to find some parts had not previously been cleaned. Other guests made a lot of noise on the echoing stairs including shouting from one apartment to another."

"Struttura di livello, moderna completamente domotica. Ci torneremo"

"Nice, clean and spacious "

"La struttura è della tipologia albergo diffuso … bello e ristrutturato! La responsabile del ricevimento Michela super gentile, infatti abbiamo avuto un problema con la prenotazione dall’app… ma ha subito risolto ed egregiamente … complimenti!"
