"Great staff. Charles was very helpful. The room was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. Everybody was very friendly!"

"Fantastic experience when I checked in. I am in the older age group but she found me a lower bunk although I didn’t ask. (She could tell, well it was 35deg outside) great free family meal then comedy show in evening. Very convenient for Central station and metro. Breakfast not great but only down point. Don’t ignore reviews of the area being unsafe but I’ve seen a lot worse places including home and didn’t ever feel threatened . Thoroughly recommend."

"The hostel is okay. Unfortunately they do not have AC and the wifi was not working while I was there and I needed to work. The staff could not help since the outage affected them as well. There was a large puddle of water on the room’s bathroom floor even though it looked like it was just cleaned up. I checked out 2 hours after check-in in and moved elsewhere."

"La stanza è superminimal e non c'è una minima manutenzione preventiva. Durante la notte mi sono svegliato è ho trovato una pozza d acqua nel bagno. Sul muro c'è un condizionatore che non funziona e la stanza al mio arrivo era un forno da pizzeria. Si stava piu freschi sotto al sole nel balcone che dentro con il ventilatore. Al mio arrivo l addetto alla reception parlava a stento italiano, inoltre mi voleva far pagare una quota aggiuntiva non inclusa nella fase di prenotazione, (la motivazione...
