Yes but they need to have someone monitoring it. I caught a diner taking bread back to her table decided she no longer wanted it and put it back which meant some unsuspecting diner wod have eaten the germ ladden bread if I had not removed it and reported it to staff.

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Hotel was located right in front of tower bridge which was stunning at night and during the day. Room was big but was not that fancy or nice. It did what it had to do. Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
The location was so central. Right in the centre of London. Close to everything theatres shops and the best restaurants. The hotel is basic ie no windows and small rooms but hey I never go to London to sit in a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ toilet was spotless and efficient. ...
