"Came into Gravesend from London for a friend's funeral. Checked in early without any charge...room was spacious and warm, loved my room as it had the LAKE view, very relaxing. Food (breakfast and lunch) was nicely cooked, fresh and hot. Adequate lighting in room and bathroom. Water temperature was perfect. Beautiful and efficient staff. Thank you 😊 💓. "This is my regular go to hotel when visiting Essex/London. Very easy to get to, just off the M25 and very close to Lakeside Shopping Centre. There is plenty of parking. Check in is quick. Rooms are spacious and clean with a well stocked complimentary tea tray and complimentary toiletries. Bed is comfortable and shower is great. Staff are all very nice and friendly, especially Donna, Kirsty, Jamie and Theresa who always make you feel like a friend more than a guest. Will definitely be back again...

"Very nice stay on this lovely boat! My parents had one of the double rooms and myself and the kids had the apartment. We were made very welcome by the owners. The boat was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kids also loved that there was a basketball hoop & football goal they could use. Everyone was happy. "

"Celebrated the last Campanile in the UK. Recently been refurbished, clean and just what a person needs for a one night stop over. It aint the Ritz but the staff were welcoming, the place tidy and clean."
