Great location. Had a problem getting into the room as key details weren’t sent to me via email but managed to get into the room eventually after a few phone calls. Not the easiest place to find but once in it was a great place to stay

Our privacy was invaded multiple times by contractors. Even after reporting this, they still came into the apartment the next day. Maintenance on the windows and doors should not have been conducted while we were staying there. In addition, we reported water accumulation issues in the bathroom and they didn’t resolve it. The door code was set to change, but didn’t happen when they said it would. Overall, bad management - good location - decent place.

No bedding for one guest and rude customer service

We booked for 3 people for two night there were no bedding or towel for third person and we contacted them and they refused to give us them unless we paid more when we had paid for three. They suggested 3 adults sleep in one bed

2 night stay

Apartment was very clean and tidy. There was a lady cleaning the stairwell as we arrived and she made sure we got in fine. The bed was very comfortable and pillows extremely soft. The apartment can feel noisy due to the location but with places kicking out at 10pm at the minute it’s generally only traffic noise you hear from 11pm onwards. The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic and the perfect base for our visit to London.
