Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Logement declaré indisponible par le bailleur la veille de notre arrivée avec une solution de relogement proposée avec video de présentation à l appui. A notre arrivée, le logement correspond à la vidéo mais après un cataclysme. Murs tachés d'infiltration, papiers déchirés, moquettes tachée et trouées, store déchiré, vaisselle et électromenager sales... bref un etat lamentable pour ne pas dire insalubre... Jusqu'aux draps sales... aucune solution apportée par le bailleur. Aucune solution proposée par expedia. Un temps fou perdu en appels téléphoniques. Nous avons quitté l'appartement et nous sommes relogés par nos propres moyens. Mauvaise experience avec le bailleur. Mauvaise experience avec Expedia. Nous avons fini par obtenir le remboursement au bout de 7 jours.
