Le mobilier était correct mais la propreté laissait à désirer. Bon accueil , mais cet établissement ne mérite pas 4 étoiles!!! Très déçu.

Posizione molto comoda e sicura, supermercato e 2 pub sotto casa tranquilli e silenziosi. Diciamo che la pulizia è abbastanza approssimativa. La scelta di lasciarci un asciugamano solo a testa non l’ho capita. Il responsabile della struttura è molto gentile.

Bella la posizione, visto che ci trovavamo a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione di Waterloo, però le foto non sono aggiornate, perchè le stanze nelle foto hanno sicuramente quella disposizione, ma non sono tenute nelle stesse condizioni

La zona donde está es perfecta, el sitio muy viejo , 0 limpieza falta de toallas, las camas penosas. La encimera de la cocina con una capa de polvo Blanca. Da el pego en las fotos pero luego esta cochabroso.

Don't stay here

We've stayed in a bunch of VRBO's and never felt the need to write a review. On this one, I feel a responsibility to warn people. 56 Stamford St. is a good location, that much is true. But that is probably the only thing I can say that is positive. The person who meets you at the flat does not smile or shake hands. They just hand you the keys and walk away. One night the bed caved in on my wife's side. When we took the mattress off to see if we could fix it ourselves the frame is held together with duct tape. To fix it, they screwed scrap wood into the frame to hold the mattress up. It's just a matter of time before it collapses again. We discovered almost immediately that there were two screws right at the entrance of the bathroom that weren't screwed down all the way. They were raised enough that you could catch the skin on the bottom of your foot, as my six-year-old did. Once we cleaned up the blood, we let management know about the problem.. You would think that would make for an immediate response. I got a shrug. It wasn't until the bed broke a few days later that someone actually came by. Once we had them there for the bed, we asked that the screws be removed. This was one day before we left. The cleanliness is not good. We had to clean, as best we could, when we arrived. This is not easy as there is no vacuum. The WiFi router is not in the flat. It's somewhere in the building and very intermittent. Do not try to stream Netflix, you will be waiting a lot. The flat itself is not very comfortable. There are no lamps anywhere so you have a choice between the very bright halogen ceiling lights and darkness. There's no lamp by which you would read a book. There are no extra touches like bathmats or slip-guards inside the tub/shower. The tub is incredibly slippery and most members of my family had at least one incident of slipping. You would think that for liability alone, they would have slip-guards. The service from London Apartments is quite bad. When we got to the flat, the television remote fell apart as we picked it up. We asked for a universal remote to replace it. Two days later it was dropped off with only two out of the four batteries required. They never offered to set it up for us. The kitchen is sort of falling apart. The baseboard kick falls over when you tap it with your foot. There is one pan with most of the Teflon coming off of it. Overall, an unpleasant experience. Avoid 56 Stamford Street.

BE WARNED: Location is great, Property is TERRIBLE

We've stayed at this property three times over the course of the past few years. The location is amazing, just a few blocks from the Tate Modern, the Thames, Millennial Bridge... St Paul's and several underground stations are only a short walk. The central location is why we've come back. But BE WARNED. The property manager doesn't seem to care for either the property or his clients. The property is rundown - everything is dingy and could use a fresh coat of paint. The furnishings are cheap and nothing in the property is well maintained - dirty pillows, broken tiles, scuff marks everywhere. With a little TLC, this could be an amazing property (and the rents would go up as well!). The property manager also doesn't care about keeping loyal customers. We arrived late at night and BE WARNED - there is a exorbitant fee for arriving after hours, even though the person there to greet us and give us our key provided ZERO instruction or assistance. The guy handed us the key and left. Since we had stayed at this property several times before, we knew this and asked if any concession could be made. NOPE. With no refund or recourse available, we paid the king's ransom (100 pounds!) and vowed never to stay there again. Whatever - last time we'll stay at this fleabag apartment.

Piacevole soggiorno

Nonostante l'appartamento abbia bisogno di qualche lavoro di manutenzione, ci siamo trovati benissimo. C'è tutto quello che serve, gli spazi sono ampi (una rarità a londra) e la zona è bellissima.

I really enjoyed my stay at the London Service apartment. There was plenty of room for the 6 guests and I who stayed there. We enjoyed the great location and nice service. The man who helped us during our stay was easy to reach and was very flexible with check in and check out, which we greatly appreciated!

Le mobilier et les lits sont en mauvais état, les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées et laissent passer le bruit de la route, et une salle en dessous de l'appartement se transforme en boite de nuit le week end ! trop cher pour la prestation...

Couldn’t get a hold of anyone once we got to the property to actually let us in. Enquires about a second key, was promised one by lunch time the following day, had to make several follow up calls and still ended up with no key. The property was dirty - pillows, towels, linen etc were filthy. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Bait n switch to a similar but rundown apartment

The owner/manager was accommodating to our early arrival, but put us in an apartment that was the same in layout and similar in decor, but different from the one in the photos. One shower did not work and the smell was awful. We discovered it was due to mold in the kitchen cabinets. The furniture was different from what is shown in the photos and there was not room for all four of us to sit in the living space. The beds were very uncomfortable, and there was no balcony nor view of the London Eye. The location was great, though!

Bewertung Serviced Apartments Stamford St London!!! Schon die geplante Übergabe um 15 Uhr war eine Unverschämtheit. Im Vorfeld wurde durch zweimaligen E-Mail Verkehr 15 Uhr vereinbart. Auf der Buchungsbestätigung ,sowie der E-Mail Korrespondenz, die Telephon Nr hinterlegt. Wir standen 70 min vor der Unterkunft und warteten!!! Die vom Apartment Betreiber hinterlegte Nr war nicht zu erreichen!!! Wie durch ein wunder tauchte dann ein Mitarbeiter auf und teilte uns mit, das dieses Telephone mit seinem Besitzer Urlaub in Ägypten macht. OK, dumm gelaufen!?1 Wir bekamen Einlass!!! Das Apartment, sah bestimmt einmal so aus wie auf den Bildern im Netz!!!! Dieses muss aber lange lange und viele viele Besucher her sein. Es stank übel, es war abgerockt, heruntergekommen, oll und durch. Kaputte Möbel, dreckige Kissen und Decken, mit Blut und Pippi Flecken!!!! Undichte Fenster, alles irgendwie süffig. Der Fußboden löste sich an einigen stellen und das Laminat bog sich nach oben, Stolperfallen mit Verletzungsgefahr!!! Auf Socken oder gar Barfuß laufen ausgeschlossen!!!! Kurz um, schlecht, mies, de Totale Reinfall. Der Freundliche Mitarbeiter jedoch der Überzeugung her eine Perle anzubieten.

Good location, near to subway restaurants. Flat was very untidy, seemed like nobody hadn't done any cleaning for ages except changing the bed sheets. One night there was also a mouse providing us company .

Forfallent og skittent. Opplevde en kveld at en mus var på soverommet. Tok bilder og sendte til de, ikke fått noe svar. Vi sov ikke der siste natten for å si det sånn.
