Lovely modern, comfortable hotel. Staff were friendly and it was very clean. Lovely communal spaces downstairs and the lounge, work space and kitchen with a balcony on the 10th floor was a surprising addition. Plus the pool and spa was ideal. The only downside was the size of the room and bed (which was against the window on one side), not enough room for 2 people really, but the bed was comfortable and the room furnishings lovely, modern and good quality, so overall great for a weekend stay.

This place is so amazing I don’t want other people to know about it! However it would be cruel not to say how excellent my stay was. In fact, I booked in for extra nights. Very clean and well designed. Great staff. Easy tube connection. Loads of walkable places nearby. Great pool, gym, classes. Fantastically curated music in the foyer and other areas. Love it abd wish I could live here long term!

Really nice new hotel. Literally brand new it’s only been open 3 weeks on my visit. Lots to do here - I used the pool which was really nice. Although the changing rooms are bizarre. Seriously someone needs to report the architect to RIBA! I wasn’t told that the changing rooms were communal. I had my arse out getting changed and realised there’s a glass panel in the door so anyone could look in. Odd design. Then on leaving the pool to get changed I realised that the changing rooms are communal. There are no dry cubicals to change in, only 2 shower cubicals which aren’t ideal to change in as the floor is wet. Large area used for 4 hair dryers and large mirrors. Honestly the most bizarre use of space I’ve ever seen in a place like this. It won’t be long until they realise they need to rip it all out and re do it. I’m not that fussed personally but it would put women off having to change with men. Might wanna change in your room. I’ve been back since and booked again next week so will stay here as first choice while the price is affordable. The ground floor is a nice place to work in the morning too, although the coffee is pretty poor. Doesn’t live up to the pastries on the counter

Great place… still on the newer side. Lots of quiet or semi quiet spots to work or hang out. Love that they have a laundry room on site but hated making trips downstairs just to use the iron. There is a restaurant on site but the menu is subpar which was sad as it would have been a great place to hangout.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff, the room was of a high standard and we enjoyed the wonderful pool and spa. No expense has been spared fitting out the hotel with great quality fittings and fixtures. Had a wonderful sleep too in a very comfy bed! We can’t wait to return!

I had to stay there at the last minute but it was quite modern, there was a large quiet lounge area to work or relax and its in a very walkable area and I enjoyed my stay.

This was a fantastic place to stay for a couple of nights in London. The hotel is stylish, in a great area, the staff are super kind and helpful, the listening room was a particular favorite. Quick walk to the train station for trips downtown and walking into Notting Hill and Portobello was super convenient. Would highly recommend and will gladly stay again on our next trip to England.

Probably the most beautiful (and incredibly smelling) hotel I've ever stayed at. Everything is terribly modern & chic; with the most charismatic and friendly staff too. It was only a shame we were in for a fly-in visit, would love to come back and make use of the many many facilities. STUNNING.

Property was not ready for guests. I had to switch rooms 3 times for problems. Could hear through walls. Clogged sink. Tv didnt work for 5 days. Last room ceiling was leaking for 2 days. Hotel was not ready for guests.

The hotel is cute, I like the way the room is furnished and it is perfect for a solo traveler. The hallways and the sheets smelled kind of weird, and the room was a little dusty.

Great amenities and the staff was very accommodating. Was a great location to explore neighborhoods by foot or public transportation. We were there during a heat wave which hindered our stay slightly because it was so hot in the room and they did not have fans or anything to offer. We were there for 3 nights and never received any housekeeping, which wasn’t a huge deal because we didn’t need new linens every day, but we had to go get a roll of toilet paper from the locker room once we ran out. The on site pool, sauna, steam room, gym and laundry are a huge plus and elevated our stay. Canal had great drinks and food with a great view along the water.
