I absolutely love this hotel, I stay here every time I’m in London. The place is immaculate and pretty, the pool and hot tub is stunning (as well as the sauna and steam room), the staff is very friendly and accommodating and I love the inside of rooms and facilities. They have a lovely gym and beautiful lobby and lounge area and it’s located in a great part of London close to a ton of shops. They give you waters, coffee, tea .. it’s just a 5 star experience every time. I can’t wait to come again, they were very accommodating to my needs and made sure I was happy with my stay.

Booked in to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. We wanted to use the spa, relax and revisit Hoxton where my husband worked in the 1990’s. Hotel was great although email communication before check in was slow. Staff, particularly the breakfast staff were excellent. We enjoyed the pool although couldn’t book treatments. Room was good and the area great for us.
