"overall good stay in a good location (close to queensway and bayswater).
aircon was slow to cool down however did the job. staff were helpful esp when our toilet stopped working and we were offered another room to use the bathroom. overall clean room with sufficient space for medium sized luggage. also close to Santander cycle stand. not as close to laundry though - do not recommend lancaster deli laundry service (dryer took so long for clothes)."
