Rude staff, dirty kitchen, although great location
Building Work:
Not told at booking that I would be woken daily ay 8AM due to renovation works.
Electrical wire dangling in main corridor upon arrival, major health and safety breach.
House Keeping:
Didn't have room cleaned during all of my stay, kitchen utensils were dirty and the pots/pans in the unit were thick with dust. Had to clean before using any of the kitchen.
Rude Staff:
During whole stay I only met one member of staff who deserved genuine praise; I didn't catch her name, always said hello, welcomed me and had a conversation every time I saw her; usually worked nights and has a Samsung mobile.
Other receptionist(s) who worked days were EXTREAMLY rude, didn't acknowledge me or bother to say Thank You during whole visit.
Overall the property served its purpose. Advertised at student accommodation out of season, which is ideal; however, I would seek alternatives in future as didn't feel the great expense of my stay was appreciated at all, both by the rude staff and lack of housekeeping.
