"I would gladly visit this hotel again, my experience was truly wonderful. I encountered no issues during my stay and absolutely loved the location. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very supportive throughout. I also have to highlight the breakfast, which was fantastic. The only minor drawback was during my early checkout at around 4:00 a.m., when there was no one at the front desk to collect the keys. Aside from that, everything was perfect."

"My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Groton Inn. After an unfortunate experience at another hotel nearby, the Groton Inn truly saved the day, and I’m so glad we found it. The property is absolutely beautiful. The landscaping is immaculate, the architecture is charming, and the entire atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and welcoming. "The restaurant was closed during our entire stay and we were not informed that they would be doing an update to their systems until we arrived to check in. This meant no power, lights or use of elevators. We also were cut off from heat in the middle of winter."

"First room smelled like cat piss.....literally. Man came in an sprayed Fabreeze. Did nothing. Said they had no more rooms and to get a refund from Expedia. Nothing he could do. Someone else came out an offered a suite. That room was better, but still nothing special. Will never stay again."

"This hotel was exceptional! The staff was very kind and the hotel itself is well maintained. It’s located in a nice area that isn’t the farthest from most of the tourist areas. The breakfast was good and the small grocery area was definitely a plus!"

"Location was perfect for a conference we attended in Lowell. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Staff was friendly and was able to fix a shower handle problem promptly. Property was clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and amenities were good. A/C unit seemed to be either working too cold or not cool enough although we didn’t address the issue with front desk as we spent very little amount of time in the room during our stay. All in all I’d recommend this property to anyone...

"Everything in the building is good and also came with free EV chargers. I asked the staff to switch out my dirty towels and they didn't. The only complain I have is the breakfast. There is an elder lady there making omelette doesn't seem like she wanted to be there. They put the breakfast behind her so that no one can take more. She seems to be like the guardian of the eggs/pancakes/homefries. When we asked for it she gives the minimal. I got a omelette with sausage but I went back for pancakes...

"We liked this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and had good breakfast choices including cheesy omelette, hard boiled eggs, cinnamon rolls, etc. We used the pool and the gym as well which were both clean."
