"It would be nice to have ice machine in the building where we stayed. We were there in July and it was pretty hot. We had to get out of our hotel building, walk to the restaurant not far to get some ice. Not convenient if later more ice is needed and the restaurant is closed."

"I believe we had cottage 5A. We are on a three week trip. Stayed in maybe 12-15 motels. This place was our favorite. The other ones had nicer rooms and facilities maybe. But this place had charm. The setting was beautiful. Staff were outstanding. We wish we could have spent a week."

"Our room was very nice and appeared to be recently updated. This is a “self service” kind of place so there is no maid service during your stay. There is a number you can call if you need anything. It is a great location right across from the harbor so you can walk to everything in downtown Grand Marias. I would request a second floor room next time for better views of the harbor."
