"The double queen we reserved was not available due to flooding, so our family of 4 (with 2 teens) had to stay in a 1 king bed room with a rollaway mattress. None of us slept that night. The hotel comp’ed our valet parking for 2 days, and then on the second night upgraded us to a premium view suite with 2 king beds. All in all, it was okay, but not ideal."
