"This cozy property was conveniently located right at Boulders Beach with easy access to the beach and penguins waddling through the parking lot at sunrise. Parking was a little crowded during the day but cleared out in the evening. The on-site restaurant offered tasty dinner and we were always met with friendly staff. "This is without question the best B&B we’ve rented. 1) Location: we woke up every morning to the sight of the infinity pool overlooking the ocean, as the water glistened under the rising sun. 2) Service: they were attentive, caring, and their response time was speedy. You felt like you had gone home to visit your favorite relatives. "Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was really worth it. Ray and Sanchia were super helpful with anything we asked for or requested, the view is even more awe inspiring when you see it compared to the photos. The room is very spacious with all the usual amenities, as well as a few snacks and drinks and house keeping every day; if you need it. Lots of things to do around and nice places to eat. Don't be scared of the steps, they are definitely doable ;) "

"Allen and the other staff were great! It is a 1880 Mansion with 8 guest rooms and impeccably restored/maintained filled with antiques, just very relaxing. I would highly recommend for its charm, location and staff. Satori Restaurant 5-10min walk down street is Amazing food and service (ask for Shantell). Highly recommend!"
