"Brand new hotel, great rooms. Very good staff. Location is ok, but not central for anything touristy or restaurants etc. The two restaurants aren't open yet and won't be until next year. The breakfast buffet was ok. The room service menu was decent and ran all night, however the recipes and ingredients seemed to change depending on which chef was on. The rooftop pool looked a bit dirty and needs a clean on the surrounding walls. Also the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly during our stay. All in all the hotel has great potential, just need to make a few tweaks."

"Cute hotel, the things we don’t like was that if you’re on the second floor you need to carry your luggage and if you’re on the first floor like we were in front of the pool, I felt the room was not soundproof at all, I heard the kids in the pool as if they were with me in the room"

"The hotel was fabulous despite a rainstorm prior to my visit. Tiên was wonderful- he went above and beyond to ensure things were comfortable throughout my stay, including providing recommendations and support. Hannah provided me with a smooth checkout and recommendations. Lovely staff and a beautiful view with cozy rooms!"

"Lily could not have been a more friendly, gracious host. She was attending a wedding on my second day so wasn’t able to offer breakfast and offered me back some money. Even doing that, she STILL made the effort to give me a couple sandwiches and a banana the night before, which she didn’t have to do. Her dog is also the best. Highly recommend!"
