"Beautifully appointed rooms with cosy decor and amenities. The pool was a highlight to take in the view, staff were very helpful and the buffet was well varied. Highly recommend this property."

"Just all round excellent"

"Staff was extremely helpful"

"Few guests, clean room Nice sea view"

"A quiet hotel with phenomenal views. Lim was extremely helpful with all questions. I would book it again any time."

"Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less."

"Very modern clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to stay in Tam Coc. It’s in a great location for the small town centre and a short walk into the beautiful countryside. Swimming pool is lovely and very clean . You won’t be disappointed if you stay here."

"Beautiful room. Plenty of space. Great location. Excellent value for money."

"Overall the place is great--the one exception is the mold and cleaning in the bathroom. There was a water leak by the toilet but I did not alert management since I did not want the interruption, but they have to know. I also took a small toothbrush to see if the mold is embedded or could be removed, and much of it was removed by the toothbrush with little pressure. The room was good, the breakfast and pool were great, and the family was generous and kind. I would still book again, but probably...

"Absolutely amazing place! Every detail was beautifully and thoughtfully designed, the rooms were wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. We loved having bikes available to explore the area, and the location was perfect. But what made our stay truly special were the owners. Such a sweet, kind couple! My daughters absolutely loved them! They made us feel so welcome and made our experience even more memorable. We would love to come back!"

"Très gentille famille dont le fils Tang, a l’écoute et dévoué. Un petit plus, mettre des draps du dessus serait l’idéal. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process. The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. Highly recommended the place...

"Staff was excellent. Very kind people. The room was just as shown of the photos, clean, fresh, spacious and a cute balcony. The location is great!"

"Une endroit parfait! Le calm juste à côté de la rue animée. Je recommande x 1000"

"I was sick for my entire stay and the owner is so kind. She brought food to my room and helped me with my baggage. The grounds are gorgeous and relaxing. I’ll have to go back when I’m not sick. cám ơn lavender homestay. You are truly good people."

"We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it. She also did the same thing when we departed Ninh Binh and took the luggage downstairs. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning (made to order eggs or pancakes, fresh bread, fruit, etc). She helped us with laundry. She booked for us tours with local guides and transportation that cost significantly less than what you...
