"Clean room"

"The property was not very clean. On the outside of the room, there was trash and debris on the floor, next to the elevator. I believe it was scraps of food, including bits of fried chicken. It remained there for hours, which means that staff does not make their rounds on each floor regularly to ensure cleanliness. The rugs in the room are dirty. The elevator did not work. So I had to walk up four ling flights (double stairs per floor) to get up to my room. The building needs to be renovated....

"the toilet had problems. most rooms appeared to be fine but a couple other rooms had toilet problems too."

"The gym had five pieces of equipment that were out of service. Three of them had a sign the other two did not. The front dest two of the three rude and not welcoming. All that mattered was we had a clean room. However, when I spend my money I want to have better customer service. Front desk needs to smile and ask if we have any questions and let us know if we need anything ask."
