"I loved the location in the UWS. The room was clean and adequate for one person. I was not informed about the "facility fee", which was more than $200 for the week in addition to the room fee. It was a surprise at check out. I was charged for things I didn't use: a walking tour which I didn't know about, and bottles of water in the room which I didn't use. "There is a $30/night Resort Fee, for which you get a mediocre continental breakfast, wine in the lobby at 5 pm, and wifi. Someday these fees will be illegal, I hope. The soaps were from L'Occitane and smelled great. The staff was very nice. There are bathrobes in the closet and a safe.
