"Liked the gym and free water facilities but really not accessible - we had to park and go up and down stairs with a baby and pram. And then when we got to the room multiple sockets weren’t working even though the engineer said they were… and the room also wouldn’t cool down. They ended up giving us a tower fan. Also the crib isn’t a crib- it’s a pack and play with only the lowest insert. We had an infant and it was really hard to keep her at the bottom because she would roll into under the mesh."

"The WORST hotel stay ever. It’s boiling hot in NY now and the Air Con was a disaster. I went to sleep with the A/C on and set at 68. Woke up at midnight with the room at almost 80! The reception sent someone who reset it and it worked for another hour and the same problem again! My flight from JFK was at 6 AM so I had to be up at 4 AM either way … complete s**t show - unhelpful and absolutely terrible! NEVER AGAIN!"

My room was spotless, comfortable and well maintained making it the perfect place to rest and recover after undergoing surgery earlier that day. "Located near the JFK AirTran, I had an early flight and they held my bags until check in time so I could explore the city. The breakfast was great and the view was pretty good too. Floor to ceiling windows. Very clean and modern. I would definitely stay again."

"My mother is in a wheel chair so we had the suite with the roll in shower. You hotel was the first one we stayed at that had the handheld in the middle which is so helpful since she cannot stand."

"It wasn’t in the best area of town and the building itself looked a little bit old. The room had a bathroom that was basically made of opaque glass walls. There was no privacy and you could basically see a person using the bathroom from the bedroom. The main receptionist did help me and answer all my questions. It was more just a problem with the physical building. The parking was also extremely limited, and we just barely found a spot, no security."
