"Modern property that is new and very clean. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Excellent breakfast, especially the fresh waffles. Walking distance to subway so we were in Times Square in about 40 mins. Elevators were rhe only challenge as one was in and out of service, causing long waits. Otherwise once that's fixed up, I would definitely recommend."

"They did have free breakfast in the mornings. It was hot food like egg, sausage, and hot potatoes. Amazing. I asked for a plug for the shower and they gave it to me so that was really good. We got a shuttle to the hotel and we were checking out. We got a shuttle to the airport. It was nice. The guy his name is Robert gave us a little tour. "Clean room, close to lot of restaurants and proffessional staff."

"Some staff were awesome, but I had to ask for everything, no microwave in the room, it's taking 3 to 5 days to get my deposit the bedding was nasty. The steps was nasty I felt like I was in a low income area, I had no room service to come back and find my stuff have been moved and there was housekeeping, I called to report that. I won't stay here again I'm sorry. I read the good reviews coming from South Carolina it probably was fake reviews, the hallway carpet has stains and smelled nasty."

"Check in was quick and easy. The day desk staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice, although the mattress was a bit too springy and our room was right next to the elevator so we heard the doors opening and closing as well has other guests in the hall all throughout the night. The pool was nice and well maintained and overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"This property was advertised with New York City Manhattan views, which was not exactly the truth. Instead, it overlooks a massive cemetery called Zion cemetery and far beyond the cemetery. You can see a glimpse of New York City skyline. However, you first must see the cemetery and burning paper plant first. The breakfast was also mid. Scrambled eggs with bacon bits in a separate pan. Yes, bacon bits in a pan; not bacon."
