"we needed to stay the night for a wedding and this hotel was perfect for an overnight trip with kids! much better to have a bigger room so the kids have space to play and the full kitchen is such a plus !! the included breakfast + 24/7 coffee / tea / hot chocolate access is a great benefit! definitely one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in and will definitely stay again!"

"Es cerca del aeropuerto, pero el área era bastante sucia y peligrosa. Para una noche está bien, tomando en consideración la cercanía al JFK, no obstante la ventilación y el calor nos impidieron dormir. Las áreas comunes estaban frescas, pero el aire acondicionado en los cuartos no servía. Me hubiera quedado en una zona más segura y aunque hubiese tenido que levantarme más temprano para ir al aeropuerto hubiésemos dormido mejor. No volvería y la

"So this is a basic hotel in an expensive town. It wants to be special, but it isn’t. It is honestly a little weird. Here’s my story:
Check in: mildly annoyed desk agent would not check me in, spouse name on reservation. Ugh. I booked Expedia so I didn’t think to add myself. So, we are at an impass. But no! There’s an answer! Just call here on your cell, and have her tell us it is ok for you to check in and add yourself to the reservation.
Done. Fine. What was the point of that...

"Loved that there was an indoor pool since it can quite cold in NY. There also aren’t a ton of hotels on Long Island in Nassau County south shore and this one was easy to access, near the main highways, had free breakfast (great options) and a great coffee bar, along with clean rooms. Honestly great place to stay if you want to be close to NYC but not spend a fortune to stay in Manhattan"

"They didn’t make the bed for room service. I thought they would. But it could be different in different hotel.
One of the blinders was not working. The manager came to fix it but we had only two options: bring it up and never bring it down therefore unless I woke up before the sun I should be fine. Second was leave it the way it was, which means there’s no natural light during the day."
