"We enjoyed our stay until check out time. We paid for bed and breakfast and requested for breakfast upon check out as we had an early morning flight. Filled in the form but there was no breakfast to take away. The receptionist was confused and took our details and promised communication. Until date no communication.They could atleast have communicated or refunded our breakfast. Apart from this the place is amazing and its very convenient."

"Good hotel for convenience and proximity to all parts of Cape Town. Parking is a problem, with no designated hotel parking available. Staff are friendly upon arrival and departure, but simple requests for additional towel took pulling some teeth, and promises around room changes due to poor temperature control were not followed through, leaving a bitter taste about service standards. TLDR: good for convenience & comfort, but don’t expect the best service."

"Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who truly go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with high-end touches like Diptyque bathroom amenities, a complimentary minibar, coffee facilities, and convenient parking garage. One standout feature is their breakfast, served until 4 PM (!) and included in the stay — an incredible idea that makes for a wonderfully relaxed experience. "Hotel reception is on the first floor of the building, which is served by a lift or you can easily walk up a flight of stairs (if you do not have heavy things to carry). First impression of Habitat is that it is modern and clean. My room was on the same floor as the reception and breakfast area. Initially thinking that it would be noisy but it wasn't. The room had all for a 3 night stay: kitchenette, fan, A/C, iron and a good shower. The bathroom handle however was broken, which apparently the...

"Think of this as an apartment hotel and you'll have the idea. The unit was as pictured. The security process at the front made us feel very safe, but took a little time at check in. Some issues with a nearby tenant whose cannabis smell kept getting into our room somehow. Lots of closet space. Comfortable beds. A few odd things like no hand soap in the bathrooms."

"I could not comment about the room of the hostel itself much, as I was lucky enough to have an upgrade to the apartment nearby, which was superb with large bed, big kitchen and roof top swimming pool. Very friendly hostel reception staff. Luggage storage was available before check in. Amazing breakfast in Side Bar of the hostel."
