"The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything at our fingertips and were happy throughout our entire stay. The place was always immaculately cleaned and in order. The resort was family friendly but quiet and relaxing. The beach access was private and perfect. Thank you everyone at this resort love you guys!"

"This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part.
There are stairs everywhere and no elevator. That may be fine for some guests, but my 80-year-old grandmother was unable to manage them.

"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"A wonderful place to stay! Peaceful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. The staff is amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The best part is that the hotel is right in front of the beach, where you can enjoy complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you need for a perfect day by the ocean.
