"We loved Riversong ❤️ We stayed in Cowboys Delight and it was perfect 🤠 The bed was super comfy and the tub was a real treat after a long hike in the Rockies. The deck was a lovely place to relax in the late afternoon sun and we enjoyed the 7 Benches Trail! We were lucky enough to find a handsome elk relaxing on the other side of the river, a real treat! Last but not least the breakfast - it was delicious and the selection of sweet and savoury was perfect! Thanks to the whole team at Riversong...

"The Stanley Hotel is going through major renovation now for the new film center and room expansion. We were offered a room in the Lodge since the main hotel was completely booked. This would have been no problem ordinarily, but with the construction work, we should have been notified that we had absolutely no view or privacy from the windows in our room. Also, because of the construction, parking near the hotel was severely limited, and no guidance was offered regarding alternatives when the lot was full. This was an issue especially in September with the almost daily rains. Secondly, the hotel staff had no information to offer guests about why the construction was happening and details of all of the exciting new things that would soon be coming to the hotel. There were no architectural renditions or models to showcase the new look or marketing materials to get people excited to come back in the future. This seems like a significantly missed marketing opportunity."
