"We had a very comfortable 3 night stay at this motel. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and bedding, bathroom was clean and fresh. Surprisingly even though right a main road it is a nice quiet motel. Don't let the name 'budget' make you think twice. Highly recommended and definitely would stay again."

"You get what you pay for. This is budget accommodation and it lived up to its price point. I would like to see at least enough cutlery, plates and bowls for the 5 people who can stay in the cabin. Other than that it was OK."

"Wash room sink is partially blocked - drains slowly. Both hot and cold shower taps need new washers as they are very difficult to adjust. Sound proofing between rooms is poor as next doors conversation is disruptive."

"I had to come to Tamworth for an unplanned visit, so money was an issue. The motel was the lowest price I could find. I was met by the caretaker when I arrived in the evening and she gave me all the information I needed. The room was clean, the water pressure was brilliant and hot. The location was central to everything I needed. There were a few missing tiles in the bathroom, but considering the age of the building it is to be expected. My only concern was that I didn't have a safety chain on...

"Great place for a night. Good bedding, very friendly staff However lot of road noise and somehow we had a continuous sound of water flowing which was very annoying. Breakfast wouldn't recommend."

"A very good motel with exceptional facilities in a great location. The food served in the restaurant was of a high standard. The big horse and the animals on site add extra value and entertainment to all. We stayed in the new block that was not fully complete and, in my opinion, should not have been available to guests. Upon completion it will be a great success. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Tamworth"
