"The prices for staying within the city walls in Dubrovnik are insane….for this price close to $500 per nite you would get a 5 star hotel in the US. Next time I would stay just outside the city walls for a better price. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, welcoming. Please note, if you have mobility issues, you must do stairs here. Also, there was NO AC for our room for 1 night and it seems other rooms were using portable ACs and not enough to go around. Not sure if they were waiting to...

"Once we got our heads wrapped around the fact that it is not a real hotel, we really enjoyed the experience. The location is excellent and the room was very quiet and comfortable.
