"A/C was strong and shops, restaurants were close."

"What a wonderful place and staff! I felt so welcome ! Was the perfect area , close enough , but not too close to the main road . One thing I would have have put on my wish list Would have been a coffee machine in my room or access to coffee earlier than 7:30 , and a better fridge . Yes the rooms are a bit dated , but the atmosphere , view and staff made up for it !!"

"Rooms are modest/rustic but clean. We were able to stay an extra night but had to move from a suite to a cabana. The cabana was not level and felt like you were leaning. The mattresses in both were old and had springs that poked you while sleeping. The staff at the cafe on Sunday were shady; they told us to bring them our food and drinks and they would cook/serve them for us. We never got them back, and they charged us for a meal! I would not go back again."

"Our 12 year old son loved the pool as we watched parakeets and grackles from the deck chairs, and Martha’s restaurant across the street has fantastic food with a deck looking out over the river/ocean and diving pelicans. Many more eating places and the Belize Museum are a short walk, a few minutes and safe in evening. Facilities are clean and quiet "

"Ramada, Princess Hotel is breath taking. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by professional staff. The hotel is spotless. Our room was very clean. I know because I took my Lysol wipes and I wiped the counter. There was no dirt ; thank you to the amazing staff. They made sure that we had fresh and clean towels during our stay. The view was perfect. We were able to see the tourist ship and water taxi coming in . There was a nice deck area where guest can take beautiful photos or just sit...

"The property is currently under construction, so early morning are filled the noise of the adjacent extension being added to the hotel. The highlight is the rooftop restaurant with amazing staff , delicious food and great views of Belize City!"
