"Our check in didn’t go very smoothly. The front desk clerk charged 3 of our cards after telling my husband the all showed errors, he also did not check us in for our reservation so we were in the system as no show. When our room was ready our keys were not programmed. We did utilize the pool and pool bar until our room was ready. The pool and pool bar were fabulous. Our room was not impressive but it was a standard and it was clean and efficient for a one night stay. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant, the service and food were phenomenal, as was the atmosphere. We sat outside by one of the fire pits for a bit, the area was perfect for drinks and conversation. Our stay was pleasant for the most part just a slight mix up with check in they will hopefully correct. I would highly recommend for singles, couples and families!"
