"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was great, as we needed to drop off a rental car the night before our flight. They picked up my husband after dropping off and then dropped us off the following morning for our flight. The restaurant downstairs, was nice addition. Food was good and it was lively! The only real downside, was that the room was really warm and we couldn't figure out how to adjust other than opening the doors to the patio, which was made the room loud."

"This is an exceptional place to stay near Malpensa Airport. Eva is very efficient & helpful regarding check in and shuttle to from MXP (included in room price). This was the most comfortable bed & room of our one month in Italy, & we had a lot of comfortable rooms! Breakfast space is light & tasteful, excellent choice of food."

"While very trendy and new…our first room was very cold and they had to move us…after verifying that the room was, in fact, cold…really! …apparently, the temperature is somehow controlled remotely…the next morning we didn’t have any water…it took them about an hour to get it fixed…although we were sorely inconvenienced, the staff was very nice and polite…we missed breakfast and it was part of my package…"

"The airport shuttle picked me up on time and was well marked. The 20 minute ride was through an attractive countryside with a fabulous mountain range backdrop. The exterior of the hotel property needs some work but the interior looked recently renovated. Check in was quick and efficient. "The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front.
