Although the outside temperature prevented us from swimming, the pool had not been cleaned. The rest of the property was great

Left my jacket in the room when I checked out but it was not returned to the lost and found. 2 days later I came back for another one night stay and the jacket was still not returned. A bit disappointing on Hyatt service and willingness to help track it.

We had a layover of almost 12 hours, so booked a room for a break, the room was very quiet , we had a refreshing sleep, the bathroom cleaning can be improved a bit, I found long hair near the toilet,bathroom had stains.
