From a horror film but in real life

This was the most horribly terrifying. And disgusting experience I have ever seen in real life. From half alive roaches and a swarm living in the ceiling light to a sticky decaying blankets to huge spider I had been sleeping on. Blood and semen covering walls floor bed. Nightmare. I showed manager and he did even appologize. Just said. Ok.

This particular part of Sylmar has many hotels & motels. It is not a really "pretty" part of town and next to railroad tracks. There aren't many trees or landscaping so it's a bit drab.

some maintenance would do well to freshen up the room.....old electrical outlets perhaps removed, new televisions, tissues in the rooms, light bulbs not working or burned out......lampshades cleaned and/or replaced. However, price was right and the room was more than adequate for length of stay and needs.

Got room 117 and no hot water the places was clean which was good the fridge didn't work good ... It's was okay for 1 night but if ur staying there for a bit longer, make sure u guys have hot water. Other than that it's good for one stay the guy up front was nice the lady that answerd the phone told me there's no rooms but there was .-.

Everything was ok until the end, we forgot a pair of keys and some shoes but when we went back to ask if they retrieve them in the room they acted like people never leave things behind and were not being helpful at all. They said whatever they find they “toss away.” They would not answer their phone. It was a very stressful experience. We had to go back the next day and make a big deal and they finally gave us back the keys, but never got back our shoes. Never going back again.

Terrible. Inits had a stench in which the receptionist got mad and said, there's nothing he can do. Heater wasn't working, blamed me, said i didn't know how to operate it. Sheets and bed spreads were dirty, stained and it had a burn mark. Shower drain was clogged, ahower door wouldn't latch.
