The staff were awesome - attentive, friendly, professional, helpful, etc. Ashley in particular went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel is beautiful-the room exceeded expectations and the bars were amazing.

The room was immaculate, smelled so nice as well. The staff was top notch and very informative. We stayed only one night, we were in town for the Marathon but it was a beautiful place. Probably the nicest hotel in Long beach. Not to mention the wonderful shampoo and conditioner.....yes ill go back for that.
