This is a motel. The suite is large, but it was implied that it would be three beds and we had two for four kids and two adults. The staff was nice and the property is clean and looks like it was recently renovated.

Our overall stay was great! The staff are very helpful and friendly. The floors weren’t well cleaned though upon arrival, it was dusty and our feet got quite dirty just from walking around on the floors. No microwave, I would highly suggest having one! It would be useful for longer stays like we had (4 nights). The fridge door was hard to open and close. The noise factor is quite high but we use white noise machines at night for sleep so those helped a lot as the area is quite busy in that neighborhood. It’s a very convenient location for sights and things to do in downtown LA. Definitely would recommend for a budget friendly place to stay. Secure parking too is great peace of mind.

First time here hotel was very clean newly remodeled close to university and Hollywood. Staff was very nice and check in/ check out was quick and easy. Two separate rooms kids had their own bunk beds. Definitely be back.

The staff was very accommodating to my requests, However, the rooms all had odd smells and the doors did not have locking mechanisms that made me feel protected. No bars on the windows and my peephole was obstructed as well. I did not sleep soundly. Additionally, the photos I saw on the Expedia website did not reveal that this was a motel. I feel like with a name like “Inn and Suites” there would be a lobby and hallways, but my door opened right to the parking lot. It was a surprise and I don’t think I would have booked this room if I had known. Again, great service and kindness from staff, but this place is not somewhere I’d book again.

This is a motel. Some of the issues I had were on my part of not reading properly but this is not an Inn, it’s a motel. There were stains on some of the bedding and the shower. The staff was nice, beds were comfortable and there were no bugs. Average room and stay.

Decent location. Everything seems updated but very small. No closet area. The door wasn't sealed well so cold air blew in all night and you could hear EVERYTHING outside. Could hear the upstairs people peeing and showering. The bathroom door didn't have a lock and you could hear everything in there too. If you need privacy, this ain't it. You have to pay $10 for parking. No other amenities. OK for price, I suppose.

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned or refreshed even though we spoke with someone the 2nd day about it. On the day it was supposed to be cleaned it appeared someone came into our room because the TV was on when we came back (we did not leave it on) but nothing else was done in the room. The beds were still unmade and two days of used towels were on the floor and trash in the garbage cans. The location is great if you are looking for somewhere close to Universal.
