The staff was welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. While it’s not a high-end or luxury hotel, everything worked well and met expectations. Rooms are always very clean. This is my second time staying here and they never disappoint! Staff is always friendly ! They respond to messages quickly. And its literally 8 minutes from Universal Studios! The most convenient location if your going there! Also it feels so safe the entire facility is locked and you can only get in if they let you in or with your room key.
