The location was excellent. The area was very quiet. Nearby, just a few minutes walk, there were grocery stores, bars, restaurants. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Santa Monica apartment! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to everything you could need, from shops and restaurants to the beach and local attractions. It made getting around so easy and convenient. The apartment had everything I needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Monica!

Endroit bien situé, à 10min de marche du metro. Plusieurs cafés autour, un Target, Enterprise pour location de voiture. Pour ce qui est de l’hôte, les communications étaient courtoises, faciles et rapides. Concernant l’appartement qui nous a été attribué (2e étage, accessible par un escalier): accès facile a la chambre par un code de sécurité. Point négatif: pas d’air climatisé dans la chambre, seulement la section salon/cuisine, mais il y a un ventilateur au plafond de la chambre. La douche n’était pas rénovée comme sur les photos. Carrelage rose désuet, porte savon brisé. Une des portes de douche a tombé 2 fois. J’ai trouvé que l’appartement manquait un peu de commodité pour des voyageurs (exemple: linge pour essuyer la vaisselle, fer à repasser, filtres pour la cafetière, j’aurais aimé davantage de serviettes également). Malgré tout, nous avons passé un bon moment a Santa Monica, déplacements facile en metro. L’appartement est situé dans un secteur sécuritaire et sur une rue calme.
