"Staff was super great considering they had a lot of people for the World Cup.
Felt safe to store my bags there. Before I gave them my bag tag, they asked me to describe my bag before going to retrieve it.
Blackout curtains were amazing.
Super convenient pick up and drop off at LAX that is reliable. They also had a screen in the lobby that showed what time the next shuttle would be.
My only wish is that there was a coffee station throughout the entire day."
"I stayed at the Omni 3 separate times within a couple of weeks to provide support for my child studying at the Colburn School of Music. Each time I stayed, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help with things that I needed. At a time when customer service seems to be struggling, I felt that the front desk staff were amazingly helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It is also very close to the Disney music hall and it has a nice mix of restaurants close by. You can walk to a number of places to get fast food, or you can also walk to a couple of very nice restaurants. It was a very comfortable stay. Thank you Omni Los Angeles!"
