0 it was a very clean place the staff there was the employees they were very resourceful and friendly the food was decent and for the price that they were giving me the room for I couldn't have done better cuz I had stayed previously at another Marriott place in Manhattan Beach for double the cost and it wasn't nowhere near is fun or nice so I recommend if you want a good place to go they have a quiet time after 11:00 so everything's quiet you get your good rest in so well maintained establishment the only thing I didn't like and I'm having a problem with is I have not received any of my deposits back

Their elevator was the only main issue during our stay. The gym was amazing and staff was very helpful. All of house keeping was incredibly friendly and helpful when in need of fresh towels or trash bags. The breakfast was alright, I loved that on the weekends they served fruit. But they could use a little more variety scrambled eggs 5 out of the 7 days we stayed. But they did keep everything well stocked which was fantastic on the busier mornings. All together we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rosie did a great job cleaning the room. I was here for 5 days and would recommend this hotel. Good location to nearby beaches and with Google maps it was easy getting around.

The first room we were given was poor. Carpet smelled. Room was dusty. Stove vent & light weren't working. Was a little disappointed for a Townplace Suites by Marriott. The room we were moved was a little better but room carpet still smelled. Bfast was ok. Location was ok. But overall, hotel needs to be renovated.

The stay was great. Although parking was $22 a day which made no sense because it was a stand alone hotel. So adding $140 to my stay surprised me. Next time would definitely find a hotel with free parking. Did have a loud family above us stomping and running around all night. Called front desk, said they would call and ask them to stop. It continued our whole stay. From sun up to sun down.

Great staff. Breakfast was excellent. Only issues were, the tissue shortage(due to it being in storage), and the condition of the clothing and restroom drawers(looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. But overall, would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone.

Super welcoming staff when we arrived for our late check in. Comfortable, clean quiet room and beds. The hotel was slightly dated but it didn’t impact our experience. Breakfast was below average (premade food transported in) but good for us. Eating area was small so we brought the food back to our room. Our stay was great and it was great value for what we paid. We’d definitely stay again!

TownePlace was conveniently located near the freeway and there are alot of restaurants and markets near by. Costco, was right around the corner so you don't have to worry about buying water or food on site. Their breakfast was good. It's continental breakfast but had eggs and a protein item. I would recommend this location. Staff was freiendly and the room was clean.
